GIS technology expertise
Project coordination with GIS needs
Staff recruitment and development
Experience with ESRI, Intergraph, or Bentley software
Technical guidance and quality assurance
Nice-to-have
Experience with State DOTs and federal agencies
Proficient in ArcGIS Online applications
Data visualization tools knowledge
Database administration experience
Familiarity with big data applications
Data governance experience
Python and SQL experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Planning or related field
6 years related experience using ESRI, Intergraph, or Bentley software products
Or 10 years relevant experience without degree
Experience managing staff
Experience working with municipalities, MPOs, and transit agencies
