Responsibilities include providing end-to-end support for compensation planning cycles, preparing materials for Compensation Committee meetings, and conducting benchmarking analyses.

Salary
Base: $100,000 – 150,000; Bonus/Equity: annual discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive programs available; Benefits: medical insurance, retirement savings contributions, mental and physical health resources
