Job Summary

  • The Manager of Nursing in PCU is responsible for the 24-hour operation of the designated nursing department(s) and is driven to meet and exceed staff, patient and physician expectations.
  • They will oversee the Monitor Room (8.4 FTEs) which is a separate department and actively works with the stroke team, as PCU is the default unit for patients admitted to the hospital for stroke.
