Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Expert-level SQL skills for performance tuning
Advanced Microsoft Power BI and DAX proficiency
Strong banking or financial services domain experience
Hands-on Python knowledge for ML and AI use cases
Experience with Snowflake or Azure SQL platforms
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric concepts
Prompt and context engineering in PBI Copilot
Prior Asset Management industry experience
Ability to mentor junior BI developers
Understanding of Row Level Security implementation
Key Requirements
10+ years of hands-on BI and analytics experience
24 months as a Consultant
Senior individual contributor capable of independent ownership
Working knowledge of financial data and risk domains
