Job Summary
Facilities/Maintenance technicians operate and maintain facilities equipment including building controls, fire protection systems and heating-ventilation-and air-conditioning (HVAC).
Responsible for maintenance, operation and repairing of utilities equipment, maintains physical structure of establishment and general electrical systems on an industrial, cGMP regulated facility.
Documents all maintenance activities completed using the site computer maintenance management system, (CMMS).
