Concord Post Acute is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing services and staff management in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least 3-5 years of management experience in a long-term care facility, and strong leadership skills

Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety and utmost respect.
  • Acts as the back-up for the DON, RN and LVN staff and may be required to provide direct resident care as needed.
