Job Summary

  • As a Bunnings Operations Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management within your store.
  • Lead a team of 50+ direct reports to maintain an engaged and safe work environment, while also performing duty manager responsibilities, including opening and closing the store across weekdays and weekends.
  • You will be required to monitor and measure customer service levels, liaise with the Commercial Sales teams, Distribution Centres, Fulfilment Centres and Bunnings Support Office.
