Job Summary
As a Bunnings Operations Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management within your store.
Lead a team of 50+ direct reports to maintain an engaged and safe work environment, while also performing duty manager responsibilities, including opening and closing the store across weekdays and weekends.
You will be required to monitor and measure customer service levels, liaise with the Commercial Sales teams, Distribution Centres, Fulfilment Centres and Bunnings Support Office.
