Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8 years experience in finance or accounting
Establish risk and controls governance framework
Conduct ongoing reviews of key controls
Measure and evaluate business initiatives
Standardize risk dashboards and KRIs
Proficiency in Microsoft tools
Nice-to-have
Experience in financial markets and operational risk
Strong project management skills across stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environment
Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Putonghua
Understanding of data analytics and scorecards
Key Requirements
