The Continuous Improvement Leader will lead the deployment of Barry-Wehmiller’s operating model, the BW Way, across the organization.
This position will be focused on driving both short and long-term strategic goals driving a culture of Continuous Improvement while achieving year over year performance improvement.
Lead and coach multiple projects and Kaizen events simultaneously both a hands-on and influential approach.
