Job Summary
Provide WOW service for our customers by providing effective and efficient warehouse management based on Burris Logistics company standards.
Support our team members, as a servant leader, mentor, coach, and manager, ensuring training, evaluation, and monitoring of new and existing team members.
Monitor systems, key performance indicators (KPI), and safety to ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and profitability, bringing matters of concern to the Operations Manager and General Manager.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED

Experience in a manufacturing/operations/warehouse environment
Knowledge of all receiving areas of operational paperwork
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally
Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse environment
Ability to accommodate flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
