The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are responsible for assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Salary
Base: $22.00-$23.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Shift differentials and overtime may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Experience with PCC software for resident records
Knowledge of blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills with residents and families
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
Compassionate approach to end-of-life care
Flexibility to work full-time night shifts
Key Requirements
