  • By applying key People & Culture (P&C) concepts, policies, and processes, the role coaches and advises leaders to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
  • Leverage P&C and business metrics to identify trends, anticipate organizational needs, and recommend innovative, principle-based solutions that strengthen culture and performance.
