Job Summary

• Accurately and timely completion of Astea Mobile Work Orders, including capturing labor and travel time stamps, equipment list (make, model, serial number), parts and material needed and/or used, additional fees and expenses, detailed notes of work performed for each visit, root caused identification, submission of electronic files, checklists, and pictures as attachments within the system, capture customer name and signature.
• Responsive Interaction with customers providing the highest level of service Satisfy in a timely and complete fashion, all business reporting documentation including but not limited to: timesheets, repair orders, machine checklists, receiving records, expense reports, and repair order logs.

$27.00 to $31.00 per hour; Bonus: up to $5,000 yearly; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K matching

• 3 to 5 years related mechanical or technical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
