The position is accountable for managing the corporate and 3rd party performance (P&L) of the product across the product & services lifecycle in support of the business's financial ambitions and Balance Sheet shape.
The role involves building and sustaining a culture that aligns to the business's colleague experience to deliver the target customer experience and financial performance.
