Job Summary

  • As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you will build and deepen client relationships, deliver comprehensive planning, and manage portfolios using Baldwin’s integrated advice platform.
  • Grow and manage a client book through qualified leads, referrals, and proactive outreach, leveraging Baldwin’s holistic asset protection platform for efficient client acquisition and closing.
  • Engage clients through consistent review cycles, performance reporting, and life-event planning to sustain trust and drive retention.

Key Requirements

  • Series 65 or 66 (or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred
  • Advanced industry designations such as AIF®, CFP®, CPFA®, CEBS®, C(k)P® or similar strongly preferred
  • State Life & Health Insurance License or willing to obtain within 90 days
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor, Retirement Plan Advisor, or closely related institutional retirement role
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and client retention within the group retirement or institutional market
