Job Summary
The Reporting & Compliance Manager is responsible for governance, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks across Xylem’s shared-services processes.
This role will lead the development and delivery of standardized FSS reporting packages, own FSS-relevant internal controls, and drive end-to-end process standardization.
