Job Summary

• The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic partner and "force multiplier" for the President of Professional Services, aligning with strategy and ensuring priorities are executed with measurable business impact.
• A primary focus will be working directly with customers, account teams and other COS across Professional Services, Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure the President is continuously connected to customers.
• This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a blend of emotional intelligence, executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority across a matrixed global organization.
