Job Summary
You will lead Plans, Policy, and Doctrine Development portion of Leidos on-site contract support to range of services provided to USCYBERCOM J3 (Operations), Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), and Joint Task Force-Ares (JTF-ARES).
Develop plans, policies, and doctrine that accounts for emerging technologies, threats, and operational needs, while incorporating operational lessons learned, all within USG and DoD operational & legal framework.
Support development of training materials and delivery Joint Forces that focus on understanding of applicable USG, DoD, Joint, Agency, and service-specific CO policies & doctrine.

$116,350.00 - $210,325.00

Key Requirements
Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required
BA/BS degree with 12 years' prior experience or Master’s Degree with 10 years' prior relevant experience
Five or greater years’ experience supporting plans, strategy, policy, and doctrine development
Five or greater years’ experience in operational planning support
Project management experience
Work Rights
Must have Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance
