Job Summary

  • This role acts as the product and performance engine for the territory, working side-by-side with Account Managers to drive maximum value from DMS, CRM, Service, and Marketing products.
  • The incumbent will conduct usage audits, lead on-site or virtual coaching sessions, and deliver scalable workflows tailored to dealership size to improve technician efficiency and marketing ROI.
  • Success is measured by product adoption levels, performance KPI improvements, customer satisfaction scores, and the impact on renewal readiness through demonstrated value realization.
