Job Summary
This role acts as the product and performance engine for the territory, working side-by-side with Account Managers to drive maximum value from DMS, CRM, Service, and Marketing products.
The incumbent will conduct usage audits, lead on-site or virtual coaching sessions, and deliver scalable workflows tailored to dealership size to improve technician efficiency and marketing ROI.
Success is measured by product adoption levels, performance KPI improvements, customer satisfaction scores, and the impact on renewal readiness through demonstrated value realization.
