Must-have

  • 2-5 years NOC monitoring experience
  • 5 years technical hands-on IT infrastructure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server Azure M365
  • Knowledge of DNS DHCP LDAP SMB protocols
  • Experience with VMWare ESXi Hypervisor

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Cisco Switches and Palo Alto firewalls
  • Strong communications and organizational skills
