Haleon is seeking a Líder de Innovación y Ejecución de Proyectos - PMO to oversee the introduction of new products and ensure project execution in their San Fernando, Argentina facility. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors
Job Summary
The Líder de Innovación y Ejecución Proyectos – PMO is responsible for leading evaluations for new product introductions in the Buenos Aires plant, generating required timelines for launches.
Key responsibilities include elaborating Site Impact Assessments (SIA) to evaluate feasibility of NPIs or geo-expansion projects, including cost, investment, line capacity, and material requirements.
This role requires leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with milestones, launch times, and CapEx/OpEx budgets, while identifying and escalating risks.
