Job Summary

Manage collective bargaining strategy in accordance with local employee relations principles and governance, directly conducting and leading negotiations with unions.
Provide expert advice and support to People Function professionals on employee relations matters and recommend corrective or preventive measures to leadership based on case outcomes and trends.
