Job Summary

  • This role drives good and healthy employee engagement within the company, ensuring constructive and open dialogue between management and employees, fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
  • Manage collective bargaining strategy in accordance with local employee relations principles and governance, directly conducting and leading negotiations with unions.
  • Provide expert advice and support to People Function professionals on employee relations matters and recommend corrective or preventive measures to leadership based on case outcomes and trends.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive employee relations experience
  • Proven experience resolving complex employee issues
  • Strong knowledge of applicable labor law
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, mediation & conflict resolution skills
  • English proficiency
