Job Summary
This position serves as a key enablement partner across a department of 100+ associates and is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and delivering impactful training programs that drive operational excellence, system adoption, and service consistency.
The training initiatives will support ServiceNow (including CSM, Administration, Configuration, and AI capabilities), departmental processes and procedures, and core internal systems such as InFact, IPW, MSR, Customer Center, and related tools.
The salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000.
