The Specialist – People Success (AI Adoption & Automation) is responsible for driving both strategy and execution of AI and automation initiatives across HR functions.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing AI and automation strategy for HR processes, automating workflows across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management, and configuring/managing automation workflows using n8n and Workday.
