Job Summary

  • Facilitate and implement Technical Programmes using the WVIC development programme approach to enhance community participation, ownership and sustainability of projects for the wellbeing of children, families and communities.
  • Identify and assess potential partners, facilitate shared project development, and provide capacity building, coaching, and mentoring to local partners.
  • Support area teams in planning, implement technical projects within budget, mitigate risks, and lead reflection and learning for ongoing improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social development studies, or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in Public Health, Nutrition, WASH, Maternal and Child health
  • At least 2 years of experience in education programming
  • At least 2 years of experience with Children Adolescent and Youth programmes
  • Experience building relationships with local government and NGO partners
  • Experience in handling training and workshops for groups and communities
  • Willing to travel
