Provide technical support including product recommendations, product-based value propositions and general technical advice to customers in US and Canada.
Liaise with suppliers’ technical contacts to understand application specifics of portfolio and gain up-to-date information on performance data.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues to identify new business opportunities.
