Job Summary
This role owns the end-to-end system of seller capability development, ensuring BD’s sales strategy is translated into durable skills and measurable commercial impact.
The Director designs the capability ecosystem, setting enterprise standards, governance, measurement, and quality controls to ensure learning drives behavior change and revenue performance.
