  • Lead and deliver targeted AI, analytics, and automation initiatives that improve speed, quality, and scalability of Controllership processes.
  • Partner with Finance Systems / IT / Engineering to deliver solutions using automation, analytics, and AI/LLM-enabled tooling.
  • Build and deliver high impact solutions and enable others to build dozens of smaller improvements across core Controllership processes.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in data analytics, automation, or process transformation

  • Experience with Salesforce, D365, or Microsoft Power Platform
  • Hands-on experience implementing LLM-supported workflows
  • CPA or equivalent; BS in Accounting/Finance a plus
