This role is an opportunity to provide hands-on implementation and deployment services to Okta customers, focusing on the Auth0 product.
You will lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects, ensuring long-term customer success and engaging with the full Customer Success team.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, communicating technical details, managing project scope, mentoring customers, and acting as a liaison between customers and Product Management.
