The Integration and Operations Support Technician plays a vital role in supporting and maintaining enterprise technology across Ascend’s member firms.
This role is responsible for integrating business applications and infrastructure with Ascend’s enterprise architecture, developing subject matter expertise, creating clear and consistent documentation, and providing long-term operational support.
With a strong focus on customer-centric delivery, the technician will manage incidents and service requests across all Ascend firms to ensure stable, secure, and high-performing technology experiences for end users.
