Responsible for ensuring unit/station availability as per AOP plan, 100% statutory compliance, and safe, trouble-free technology, aiming to convert the maintenance wing into a profit center.
Key responsibilities include maintenance planning, scheduling preventive & breakdown maintenance for turbines, auxiliaries, and air compressors, executing emergency shutdown work, and ensuring maximum running hours for units.
Focuses on improving system reliability and cost savings through major modifications, ensuring uninterrupted power generation, and developing team members' technical skills and confidence.
