As a Senior Product Designer within our Emerging Experience team you’ll be at the forefront of Target’s evolving digital experience, shaping it for our guests and contributing to business growth.
You’ll contribute to UX sprints and future-visioning efforts by designing thoughtful, high-quality prototypes that help teams explore what’s possible and align around what matters.

Systems thinking and collaboration skills
Ability to balance creative exploration with practical delivery
