Job Summary

• HouseSmart’s Installer II will be one of the key players in the setup of manufactured homes, working with the Crew Chief and team to ensure the home is set up safely and efficiently.
• This role involves learning technical skills such as installing vapor barriers, leveling and bolting floors, anchoring walls, basic masonry, and assisting with electrical and plumbing crossovers.
