Job Summary

  • This role supports the US Strategic Business Unit consolidated views of forecasting, reporting, capital planning, and RWA analysis.
  • The position offers a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least 3 days per week on-site in the Chicago office.
  • Candidates will prepare quarterly SBU financial reports, Board reports, and insightful analyses for Investor relations.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years Financial Planning or Reporting experience
  • MS Excel proficiency including lookups and pivot tables
  • Experience preparing executive PowerPoint presentations
  • Understanding of banking balance sheet and P&L
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints

Nice-to-have

  • Essbase experience with business intelligence tools
  • Tableau or Power BI knowledge
  • Self-starter with independent work ability
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking skills

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning or Reporting
  • Preferably in the banking industry
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
