Must-have
Master's degree in epidemiology or public health
5 years international experience in surveillance systems
Experience with USG-funded projects
One Health and zoonotic disease expertise
Outbreak investigation and control skills
DIHS2 tool development and usage
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Nice-to-have
Prior NGO or government agency experience
Multisectoral collaboration background
Experience drafting publications and reports
Ability to work in complex environments
Willingness to travel within Cambodia
Key Requirements
Master's degree in epidemiology, public health, or veterinary medicine
At least 5 years of relevant international experience
Experience working on large USG-funded projects
Demonstrated ability coordinating staff across multiple projects
