Salary
Base: $172,500.00 - $232,500.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan eligible; Equity: Discretionary stock awards available
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years Biotech or Pharmaceutical experience
Deep understanding of Commercial and Medical Affairs applications
Strong data knowledge with pharmaceutical business acumen
Experience in fast-paced environment servicing large field users
Proven ability to grow and develop others
Nice-to-have
Master's degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to articulate complex technical problems to business audience
Experience with modular design thinking for automation
Collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset
