The Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Technical Manager plans, designs, and administers all aspects of the City of Baltimore’s CAD and 911 technology infrastructure and operations.
Responsibilities include vendor contract oversight, database management, system updates, upgrades, and documentation, serving as the liaison between users, vendors, and Baltimore City Agencies.
The City offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, AD&D, and FSA plans, along with wellness programs, support groups, and workshops.
