  • Manage the student experience for specific programs within the EDGE team’s portfolio to deliver on Northeastern’s values around experiential learning.
  • Advise and assist learners with academic and program concerns, serve as the connector for learners to various university resources, and work with instructional support team to facilitate learner engagement.
