Job Summary

  • As a Divisional Retirement Plan Counselor, you will work closely with the Retirement Plan Counselor to help drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, identifying firm and firm representatives’ needs and coordinating efforts to serve those needs.
  • You will be responsible for educating, training and motivating financial advisers and other financial intermediaries within a sales division to raise and retain assets for Capital Group.
  • You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations and are motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them.

  • Skilled communicator with sales experience in registered investment advisor space
  • Well-versed in synthesizing information and presenting it
  • Series 6 or 7 (or willing to obtain Series 7)
  • Series 63/65 or 66
  • AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA designations
