The QA Motor Claims Evaluator is responsible for conducting quality assurance evaluations across Motor claims to support operational excellence, reduce claims leakage, and ensure alignment with Santam’s quality, governance, and service standards.
This role also provides independent assurance, identifies risks, and delivers insights that strengthen indemnification processes, supplier performance, and service delivery.
