Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning the nursing services portion of resident discharge plans.
  • This role requires ensuring that all nursing service personnel comply with job descriptions, monitoring staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, and participating in facility surveys by government agencies.
