Job Summary

  • The HR Shared Services Analyst will be responsible for delivering key HR processes, including employee data management, onboarding, terminations, and other HR administrative tasks in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and local regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and system navigation in a timely and professional manner.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working with enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management portal and case management systems (Salesforce/Service Now) and Human Capital Management (Workday) technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field is preferred but not essential
