Support onshore Institutional Infrastructure Solutions (IIS) pods in daily processing and archiving of Alternative Investment statements and other documents.
Collaborate with business partners to analyze and identify trends, and unify differences in processes.
Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams channels and SharePoint to enable efficient collaboration across the team.
