The specialist is responsible for resolving critical breakdowns across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems while mentoring other technicians and driving reliability improvements.
Candidates must possess extensive electromechanical troubleshooting expertise and be able to lead equipment recovery efforts during high-speed production downtime events.

Must-have
7+ years industrial maintenance experience
Electrical troubleshooting AC/DC motors sensors
PLC VFD HMI diagnostics and recovery
Hydraulic pneumatic systems troubleshooting
CMMS work order execution and tracking
Root cause analysis RCA methods
Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Nice-to-have
Industrial maintenance certification preferred
PLC controls training demonstrated capability
Technical degree or equivalent education
Willingness to work weekends holidays
