Job Summary

  • This position supports recruiting, hiring, and workforce management of our manufacturing engineering population across Boeing Commercial Airplane programs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting project activities for Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment & Tooling, and NC Programming roles, including interns, technicians, and engineers.
  • Develop and maintain hiring performance dashboards and reports (time-to-hire, pipeline velocity, source effectiveness, diversity metrics).
