Job Summary
Lead the strategy, development, and management of a residential utility program, working closely with the client and ICF’s implementation team, to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers.
Recruit, enroll, and retain BPI certified energy efficiency companies to participate in the program to meet program energy savings goals and perform and lead team activities in desktop and field QA/QC to validate technical project data.
