The St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking a part-time Speech Pathologist to join their Young Adult Complex Disability Service (YACDS) team. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services, clinical leadership, and ensuring effective patient management for adults with disabilities

Job Summary

  • You will work within a flexible, interdisciplinary structure, that ensures the delivery of high quality therapy services to all clients of the Young Adult Complex Disability service (YACDS), making sure that the client’s needs are met and they receive ‘the right treatment in the right place at the right time’.
  • You will assess and manage referred patients in accordance with up-to-date knowledge of departmental clinical policies and currently accepted Speech Pathology Australia professional standards of practice.
  • The Young Adult Complex Disability Service (YACDS) is part of the Health Independence Program (HIP).
