  • Serve as the strategic counterpart to CBRE leadership, setting direction and expectations while enabling effective execution through established governance frameworks and performance mechanisms.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internal leadership team, fostering strong collaboration across GRW and enterprise stakeholders as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
