Job Summary
This role supports Blue Origin's mission to develop In-Situ Resource Utilization technologies for the Moon and beyond within the Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering team.
The engineer will define assembly plans, tooling, and inspection strategies to ensure hardware is built safely, correctly, and efficiently the first time.

Hands-on machining waterjet laser EDM skills
3D CAD system proficiency (NX Creo SolidWorks)
Tolerance stack-up analysis and inspection planning
Nice-to-have
Experience with high-temperature refractory metals
Background in PLM MES digital manufacturing tools
Knowledge of brazing diffusion bonding vacuum processes
Familiarity with PFMEA control plans SPC GR&R
Experience mentoring junior engineers
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
US citizenship or permanent resident status required
Proven track record driving yield and cycle time improvements
