Extendicare is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for its Personal Care Homes in Manitoba, responsible for driving operational excellence in senior care. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare operations, particularly in long-term care, and will be tasked with ensuring quality care, managing budgets, and fostering a positive work culture

Job Summary

  • This role will provide operational leadership for Personal Care Homes (PCHs) in Manitoba, helping to lead the operations in the Resident Care Division and contribute to implementing Extendicare’s vision of the future of seniors’ care in Canada.
  • Working in partnership with peers, the Regional Director is accountable for driving operational excellence in the areas of clinical care and support services; management of operating and capital budgets; fostering a culture of service excellence; and leading and developing teams to deliver optimal services to the communities we serve.
